**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales & Lead Generation:

- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects to meet assigned targets.
- Assist in developing tailored pitches and proposals for clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

3. Market Research & Reporting:

- Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and provide valuable feedback to the Sales Head.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic reports.

4. Digital Marketing Knowledge:

- Understand the basics of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing) to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and share insights with the team.

5. Collaboration with Sales Head:

- Work closely with the Sales Head to strategize and prioritize sales efforts.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and client feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.

6. CRM Management:

- Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow up diligently on assigned leads to convert them into deals.

Qualification. Graduation in any discipline, MBA (preferred)

**Skills**:

- Sales & Business Development: Lead generation, strategic planning, negotiation, client acquisition, and retention.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding social media marketing, and campaign analysis.
- Leadership: Team leadership, collaboration, goal setting, and performance management.
- Communication: Client relationship management, persuasive pitching, and negotiation.
