Sales Executive

Overview:
The Sales Executives will be responsible for telecalling potential leads and using the provided sales script to convince clients to purchase our immigration consultancy services. The Sales Executives will be also responsible for addressing Client’s inquiries and act as support team until we have dedicated customer support department while adhering to our company SOP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telecalling to potential leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Memorize and effectively use the sales script to persuade clients to purchase our
services.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive tone during conversations.
- Address basic client inquiries and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
- Must be a resident of Kolkata.
- Telecalling experience is recommended but not mandatory.
- Ability to memorize and deliver a sales script convincingly.
handled customer service or support roles.
- Should be able to learn and use CRM softwares. The training will be provided.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
