Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated **female MBA freshers** to join our sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and relationship management within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and secure bookings for restaurant and banquet services.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals for banquet/event bookings.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase the restaurant/banquet facilities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and projections to management.

**Requirements**:

- MBA Freshers or experienced with a passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and well-groomed appearance.
