
Cloud Services Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our Cloud and IT service offerings, including Mail Service Solutions, SSL, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Server, managed Database, Cloud Backup Solution, Domain & Hosting Services, and Other Managed IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and developing new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Cloud Services (VMail Service Solutions, SSL, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Server, managed Database, Cloud Backup Solution, Domain & Hosting Services, and Other Managed IT Solutions, etc.).
- Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries — from startups to enterprises.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of Cloud Services, IT Solutions, or Web Hosting Services.
- Strong understanding of VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Mail Servers (e.g., cPanel, Zimbra, etc.), and Cloud Services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and understand technical needs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling to IT Managers, CTOs, or SMEs.
- Basic technical understanding of Linux servers, control panels, DNS, and web technologies.
- Knowledge of reseller/partner models is a MUST.
