Position Overview:

We are hiring for two key roles:

  • Tandoor Chef:
    Experienced in preparing tandoori items like kebabs, tikkas, grills, and breads.
  • Indian Chef:
    Skilled in Indian curries, gravies, and accompaniments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Manage prep work and ensure timely service.
  • Assist in developing new menu ideas.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Indian or tandoor cooking.
  • Strong understanding of Indian spices, marination, and cooking techniques.
  • Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
