Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager NR, based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager NR will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident customers by understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining customer portfolios, driving product sales, cross-selling banking services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive engagement to address customer inquiries and build lasting, trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Portfolio Management
  • Experience in Sales, Cross-Selling, and Financial Product Knowledge
  • Familiarity with Banking Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Documentation
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services, ideally with Non-Resident clients
