With a network of 19 branches across major cities in India, we offer comprehensive foreign exchange services, including currency notes for over 20 countries, traveler's cheques, travel prepaid cards, foreign currency drafts, and wire transfers. RRSB Forex is trusted for nearly a century and caters to various needs such as private visits, business travel, higher studies, employment-related travel, medical treatment abroad, and emigration.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Chennai. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch performance, leading and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, and achieving financial targets. Additional responsibilities include developing business strategies, maintaining customer relations, and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent knowledge of foreign exchange services and compliance requirements
- Strong financial acumen and target-oriented mindset
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in financial services or foreign exchange industry is a plus
