Job Description / Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Manage and oversee operations across Finance, HR, Training, Admin, and After-Sales departments.

Implement robust processes, policies, and SOPs for smooth inter-departmental coordination.

Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and accountability across teams.

Financial & Strategic Management:

Supervise accounting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Develop and manage budgets, financial planning, and MIS reporting.

Analyze business performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Identify operational risks and opportunities for process improvements.

People & Performance Management:

Lead, mentor, and guide departmental managers and teams.

Conduct performance evaluations and set clear KPIs.

Build a collaborative, disciplined, and high-performance work culture.

Strategic & Growth Initiatives:

Work closely with top management on long-term business planning and strategy execution.

Drive initiatives to optimize resources, improve processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, compliance, and operational strategy

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple departments and work under high responsibility

Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
