Role Overview

The Operations Head at Wolf Casa will manage end-to-end showroom operations, backend coordination, installation execution, vendor management, warehouse & logistics, and overall project completion. The candidate must possess deep technical and practical knowledge of modular & premium furniture, Italian/German kitchens, luxury finishes, hardware systems, and showroom operations.

This role ensures that every product delivered by Wolf Casa reflects high precision, luxury standards, and zero-defect execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Backend Management

Oversee all internal operations of the showroom, warehouse, service team, and installation teams.

Implement SOPs for order processing, documentation, invoicing, and dispatch.

Align all departments for smooth execution from order confirmation to final delivery.

2. Modular & High-End Furniture Execution

Complete technical understanding of modular furniture systems (wardrobes, kitchens, storage).

Knowledge of luxury materials: veneers, PU, laminates, lacquer, metal, glass, stone, leather, fabrics.

Verify technical drawings, cutting lists, BOQs, and installation plans.

3. Italian & German Kitchen Systems

Deep hands-on experience with:

Imported kitchen brands (Italian/German)

Hardware systems (Blum, Grass, Hettich, Hafele)

Carcass & shutter configurations

Accessories, appliances, and lighting integration

On-site kitchen measurements, MEP coordination, and error-free installation

4. Vendor, Production & Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with factories, vendors, craftsmen, and import partners.

Track manufacturing timelines, shipping schedules, and material arrival.

Resolve quality issues, QC checks, and product rework management.

5. Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously (residential + commercial).

Site visits for measurement, inspections, and progress updates.

Ensure 100% quality execution and on-time installation.

Handle client escalations smoothly and solve technical issues immediately.

6. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Oversee inventory movement, inward/outward, stock accuracy, and QC.

Planning of material dispatches and installation schedules.

Maintain the warehouse like a premium and efficient backend unit.

7. Team Management

Lead a team of installers, supervisors, warehouse staff, logistics, and service teams.

Conduct technical training for installation teams and back-office staff.

Maintain discipline, accountability, and high-performance culture.

8. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain MIS for operations, installation, warehouse stock, vendor payments, delays, and QC issues. Work closely with Sales, Designers, and GM to maintain seamless customer experience.

Weekly meetings with Directors for work progress reporting.
