Job Title: Head of Department Management (MBA)

Job Summary:

The Head of Department (Management) will be responsible for overseeing academic and administrative functions of the MBA department, ensuring quality education, smooth operations, faculty coordination, and student success. The role involves leadership in curriculum planning, faculty development, student engagement, and industry collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the MBA department's academic and operational activities.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor curriculum delivery and academic schedules.
  • Supervise faculty performance and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
  • Guide and mentor students in academic and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with management on departmental goals and institutional objectives.
  • Organize seminars, guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits.
  • Ensure adherence to accreditation and university guidelines.
  • Promote research, publications, and collaborations within the department.
  • Prepare departmental budgets, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Handle student grievances and maintain discipline within the department.

Qualifications and experience

Education: A Ph.D. in Management or related field is preferred, with an MBA required.

Experience: Requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in academic leadership.
