Job Description

Academic Head – Mathematics oversees curriculum planning, faculty guidance, and academic quality within the mathematics department. The role involves designing effective learning strategies, monitoring student performance, implementing assessments, and ensuring academic excellence. The position also supports teacher training, resource development, and continuous improvement to maintain high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop mathematics curriculum aligned with institutional academic quality standards.
  • Guide faculty to deliver structured, engaging mathematics learning sessions.
  • Monitor student performance using systematic evaluation and analytics tools.
  • Implement assessments ensuring fairness, accuracy, and learning improvement.
  • Coordinate teacher training programs enhancing instructional methodologies effectively.
  • Review academic data to improve department performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with management for curriculum enhancements and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional academic policies.
