Academic Background: Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

1. Business Development and Revenue Growth

  • Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product sales, and consistent new client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, structured products, and fixed-income instruments.

2. Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient execution of trading and financial transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and proactively address issues to ensure seamless workflows.

3. Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch teams including dealers, relationship managers, and support staff.
  • Set and review performance goals, conduct appraisals, and provide regular coaching and training.
  • Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and results.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail clients.
  • Deliver timely, personalized investment advice and ensure superior client service standards.
  • Address client feedback, queries, and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

5. Market Analysis and Advisory Support

  • Stay informed on market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and company-specific developments.
  • Guide clients and team members on market opportunities and portfolio management.
  • Support clients in diversification and risk mitigation strategies.

6. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure complete adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal compliance standards.
  • Monitor trading activities to identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure transparency and compliance.
