Role Overview:-

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive/Manager
 to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is excited to take ownership of key HR functions — including 
talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture building
.

You'll play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent across 
Business Development, Faculty, Sales, Video Production,
 and more.

Key Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Use modern HR tools and innovative hiring strategies to drive efficient, scalable recruitment.
  • Source, screen, and conduct HR rounds for candidates across BDEs, Faculty, Sales, and Video roles.
  • Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate with department heads for technical and final round interviews.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Design and implement smooth onboarding experiences to ensure new hires feel welcomed and ready.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and maintain all employee records.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives to build a motivated and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Gather feedback regularly and improve the overall employee experience.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure all HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regularly updated.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit processes professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (experience in start-ups or EdTech is a plus).
  • Proven ability in bulk and role-specific hiring, especially for Sales and Academic roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High adaptability and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and alignment with Arivihan's mission.
