• Strong understanding of Central HVAC systems, Central air cooling system & project designing along with piping, ducting, air handling & air distribution system designing.


• Strong understanding of HVAC and related services master space planning and coordination between MEP services.


• Strong working experience of doing heatload calculations, preparing tenders for HVAC, preparing estimates for all type of VRF/VRV, Chilled Water systems.


• Experience in modern HVAC system designs including Variable Primary Pumping, Auto Tube Cleaning system, distributed pumping, VAV system zoning, CPO / BMS for HVAC, Clean Room designing.


• Proficient in computer aided designing like AUTOCAD / PROGECAD / Excel / WORD etc


• Should posses excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language.


• Strong capability in building relationships with unknown persons including architects, consultant, clients strong team management skills.

Job Duties:


• Manage the complete HVAC system planning from receipt of base drawings from client / architect for various type of projects from master planning to GFC drawings.


• Prepare heat loads, tender drawing and specifications, HVAC estimates, issuing of tender, preparing comparative analysis, negotiation with supplier if needed.
