We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Expert to drive sales of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), POS, and other supply chain SaaS solutions. The role focuses on expanding business in non-retail industrial sectors including manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, pharma, industrial goods, and 3PL.

This position requires a strategic, consultative seller with deep domain understanding and experience managing long-cycle enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial/non-retail sectors aligned with revenue goals.

  • Identify priority industries and create a vertical penetration roadmap.

Revenue Ownership
  • Own end-to-end revenue for TMS/WMS/POS product lines.

  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline across key regions.

Industry-Focused Solution Selling
  • Understand sector-specific logistics, warehousing, and transportation challenges.

  • Work with product teams to tailor SaaS solutions per industry needs.

  • Deliver ROI-driven demos, proposals, and solution pitches.

Enterprise Client Management
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, supply chain leaders, logistics heads, and IT decision-makers.

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Manage renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term account growth.

Team Leadership
  • Build and mentor a specialised sales team focused on industrial verticals.

  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development
  • Establish partnerships with SIs, resellers, and implementation partners.

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor offerings, sector trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Prepare sales reports, insights, and revenue forecasts for leadership reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales with full-cycle ownership.

  • Experience selling TMS, WMS, POS, or supply chain SaaS tools.

  • Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.

  • Exposure to industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, pharma, industrial goods, or 3PL.

  • Demonstrated job stability (minimum 2 years in one organisation).
