We are hiring a Collection Telecaller to join our team in Pune. If you have experience in collections or customer handling, we'd love to hear from you

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments.
  • Update customer information and payment status in the system.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Very good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic English proficiency required
