Job Summary :

Responsible for calling and coordinating with students and institutions for IIT/NIT Workshops, Certification, and Internship Programs — ensuring smooth registration, communication, and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and explain program details to students/institutions.
  • Follow up for registration and payment confirmation.
  • Maintain lead tracker and daily call reports.
  • Coordinate with colleges for scheduling and participation.
  • Handle WhatsApp and email queries.
  • Collect post-workshop feedback and maintain records. Requirements  Graduate (any stream).
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer handling (education sector preferred).
  • Good English & Hindi communication skills.
  • Basic Excel & Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Confident, polite, and result-oriented.

Work Details :

  • Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
  • Sunday off (may work on event days)

Salary: As per company norms + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
