Telecalling & Customer Engagement

  • Make daily outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
  • Share store updates, new collections, offers, and promotions.
  • Maintain polite and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Follow up with customers post-visit or purchase for feedback and relationship building.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for personal shopping or store visits.

Database Management

  • Maintain and regularly update the customer database (CRM or Excel).
  • Record feedback, call responses, and interest levels accurately.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS/email marketing.
  • Help coordinate in-store events or festive campaigns.
  • Support social media efforts by coordinating content or responding to messages/comments.
  • Distribute printed materials (leaflets/invites) in local catchment areas, if required.

Reporting

  • Submit daily call reports and performance updates.
  • Share insights and customer trends with the marketing team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication (Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred).
  • Good persuasion and listening skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email).
  • Friendly and professional approach with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or marketing roles.
  • Experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury sectors will be an added advantage.

Work Timings:

10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Adjustable as per store/event requirements)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
