Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Industry: Study Abroad Consultancy
Experience: 0 - 3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass / Diploma
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads and capture new leads from the market.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English to explain services and answer queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for closure.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
- Prior telecalling/inside sales/customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
