∆ Role Description ∆
This is a full-time work from office role for a Telecalling Executive, located in Pune.
The Telecalling Executive will operate outbound calls to engage with potential clients, understand their property needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate call records, responding to inquiries, and assisting in co-ordinating property visits, as well as contributing to the overall sales and customer service process through effective communication and professionalism.
∆ Qualifications ∆
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone
- Customer service and relationship management skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
- Basic sales awareness and the ability to meet performance targets
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and recording call details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field is an advantage
- Candidate from Accounting , Loan Department , automobile preferred
- We provide CTC in between from 2L to 3L per annum + Extra Incentive
