Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the companys wealth management services.
  • Explain financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, and Loans in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Schedule appointments for Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers.
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow-up logs, and sales reports.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any stream
  • Experience: 1- 5 years in telecalling, inside sales, or financial product sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales with a target-driven attitude.
  • Basic understanding of financial and investment products preferred.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and eager to grow in the wealth management industry.
