Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the companys wealth management services.
- Explain financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, and Loans in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments for Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up logs, and sales reports.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 1- 5 years in telecalling, inside sales, or financial product sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales with a target-driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of financial and investment products preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to grow in the wealth management industry.
