Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Pune. As a Telecaller, you will engage with potential and existing clients, handle inbound and outbound calls, and address customer inquiries. You will be responsible for clearly communicating product features, managing sales leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. Collaboration with the internal sales and marketing team to achieve targets is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and client handling
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Capability to work collaboratively and meet performance targets
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment is an advantage
