Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Pune. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, following up with potential and existing customers, maintaining records of calls and customer information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role may involve assisting in achieving sales targets and coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and build rapport with customers
  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and call-recording software
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to team goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
