Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving customer concerns, and providing support to the customer service team. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing customer feedback, and working with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Experience in the financial services/ wealth management industry is a plus
