Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, tracking and documenting customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
