About Us:
Job Summary:
Taradevi's Enclave is driven by a team of ex-corporate professionals and first-gen entrepreneurs. With 3 exciting real estate projects (10 lakh sq. ft.) underway in Shimla -from plots to luxury villas - With rapid expansion underway, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
- Explain project offerings clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer queries regarding pricing, location, and amenities.
- Schedule & follow up on site visits.
- Maintain call logs and update lead details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales(real estate preferred).
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills
