Job Summary:

Taradevi's Enclave is driven by a team of ex-corporate professionals and first-gen entrepreneurs. With 3 exciting real estate projects (10 lakh sq. ft.) underway in Shimla -from plots to luxury villas - With rapid expansion underway, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
  • Explain project offerings clearly and professionally.
  • Answer customer queries regarding pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Schedule & follow up on site visits.
  • Maintain call logs and update lead details in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales(real estate preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
  • Basic computer.
