We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Business Development Manager in Ahmedabad
to drive growth in the
luxury furniture, furnishings, interiors, and home décor segments
. This role involves managing enterprise business, building strong networks with architects and interior designers, and driving outreach and conversion strategies to expand the client base for a
Luxury brand based out of Udaipur
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee enterprise business operations.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry professionals including architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and engage new prospects to introduce products and services.
- Explore and capitalize on business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads using catalogs, offers, and promotional tools.
- Drive client outreach initiatives and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Create tailored presentations and proposals based on client needs.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team.
- Mentor, guide, and support team members to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and uncover opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans for growth and increased market penetration.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Be willing to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury furniture, furnishings, interiors, or home décor.
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in team building and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute business growth plans.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
