We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Compliance team. The role includes handling secretarial and statutory compliance as per SEBI and Companies Act, 2013, while ensuring strong corporate governance and supporting Board/Committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare agendas, papers, and documents for Board/Committee/AGM meetings.
Draft and maintain minutes of meetings and ensure statutory compliance.
Coordinate with regulators, statutory bodies, and auditors.
Timely preparation and filing of returns, reports, and other documents as per regulations.
Ensure all necessary filings are completed under SEBIMutual Fund regulations.
Job Requirements:
