Role & responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and update the Legal Compliance Tool on a regular basis in close
- coordination with PwC and Internal teams
- • Assist/ Explain/ the inputters, approvers and owners to navigate the tool for uploading
- their respective compliances.
- • Track compliance deadlines, generate reminders/alerts and prepare compliance
- dashboards/reports for management review.
- • Help users to resolve technical IT issues and provide clarifications on compliances
- after addressing it with the IT vendor.
- • Assist in drafting and preparation of Board/Committee agendas, notices, and minutes.
- • Support in preparation and filing of statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with
- regulatory authorities (MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, etc.).
- • Assist in preparation of Annual Report content (e.g., Directors' Report, Corporate
- Governance section, CSR disclosures).
Skills Required
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Strong execution and consistent follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate across
functions and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Knowledge/experience in handling compliance management tools/software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce/Law (B.Com/LLB) with CS qualification/Semi qualified CS
- Prior exposure to compliance management tools/software will be an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in legal/company secretarial/compliance functions of a listed
entity
