  • Drive end-to-end secretarial reporting to the CFO

  • Rights Issue of shares and Private Placement
  • FEMA Compliances (FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA, DI)
  • Companies Act 2013 Compliances (such as MGT-7, DIR-12, DIR-3, DIR-3KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, MGT-14, INC-28, CSR-2 GNL-1)
  • Experience of coordinating and conducting board meetings, EGMs, AGMs
  • Coordinating with regulatory authorities like, trustees, regulator, Depositories, lenders, ROC RTA
  • Secretarial Audit
  • General Meetings related documents
  • Familiar with debt and debt compliances
  • Prior experience of managing regulatory compliances Skills & Qualifications:
  • Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
  • Detailed knowledge of Companies Act and SEBI (LODR)
  • Exposure to legal agreements and compliance
  • Deep process orientation with high ownership levels
  • Ability to work in small team
  • Strong oral and written communication skill and Proactive
  • Public markets secretarial experience a must.
  • Must have experience of working in listed companies.
