Scouting for a Specialist to manage Executive Remuneration - ESOP & LTI.

The role will Design, Execute and Govern the ESOPs & Executive and Long-term incentive (LTI) programs.

The role requires deep expertise in DESIGNING LTI & stock-based compensation at the execuitve level, with strong analytical skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine LTI and executive compensation programs in line with market trends and business strategy at a global level
  • Advise leadership on equity and non-equity incentive plans; prepare financial models and simulations for review.
  • Lead the rollout of Stocks / LTI plans, including system automation, communication, and governance.

    Manage mid-year and year-end LTI assessments, working closely with the CEOs office and Finance.

    Oversee the full lifecycle of stock-based awards, including Remuneration Committee presentations, implementation, and compliance.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all stock award-related queries and employee communications.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests, project deliverables, and support ongoing process enhancements.

Education and experience:

  • The incumbent MUST have a Bachelor's/Master's in Mathematics
  • Should have min of 2-3 years of Consulting exp. in the past
  • High level of numerical proficiency with the ability to build and interpret complex models.

    Expertise in equity-based incentives and a sound understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
