Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional 24/7 customer support on a rotational shift basis, efficiently managing client inquiries and chats.
  • Provide clear and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer onboarding, identify customer needs, and address challenges proactively.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, managing cases from initiation to resolution
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by actively seeking and incorporating their feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer-centric solutions and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS customer support or banking operations.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and web3 concepts; practical experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with Intercom is a plus.
