We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a structured approach to sales, and the ability to understand client needs while presenting suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams for proposal development, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel (if required).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SMEs, corporate clients, or enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends or target sectors.
  • Prior experience in B2B events, membership sales, consulting, or services.
