We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the U.K. market and possess excellent English communication skills. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients, primarily from the U.K. market, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and improve overall client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer satisfaction and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Market Experience: Prior experience working with clients in the U.K. market is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
