Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience Level:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

  • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to source candidates.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assist in promoting the company's employer brand through social media, job postings, and recruitment events.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to attract top talent.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.

  • Handle sensitive candidate data with confidentiality and professionalism.
