
Business Development Manager

We are looking for our women's Fashion clothing company, a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, bring in corporate clients, and strategically move our existing inventory.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Increase Store Sales: Develop and execute strategies to drive in-store footfall, boost conversion rates, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
● Corporate Business Development: Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with corporates for bulk orders, gifting, and collaborations.
● Inventory Monetization: Plan and implement initiatives to sell existing stock through targeted promotions, events, and tie-ups.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, stylists, and corporate buyers.
● Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
● Event & Campaign Coordination: Work closely with marketing to organize pop-ups, in-store events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
● Reporting: Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in business development, retail sales, or corporate sales (fashion industry experience preferred).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong network in the fashion/lifestyle/corporate space is a plus.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
● Female candidates are preferred for this role.
