Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.
  • Assist customers with cross-border banking services, including international wire transfers, foreign currency accounts, and global payment tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to international transactions, account access, or service discrepancies.
  • Provide support for digital banking tools used for global accounts and international payments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and culturally sensitive assistance.
  • Ensure adherence to international compliance standards (e.g., OFAC, AML, KYC, FATCA).
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Compliance, and Treasury to resolve complex cases.
  • Monitor and escalate any suspicious or unusual activities in line with international regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on international banking services and best practices for secure transactions.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of client communications in CRM systems.
