Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building a strong client base, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This role is perfect for someone who is target-oriented, enjoys networking, and thrives in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new client leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business requirements.
  • Pitch recruitment solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for feedback and relationship management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Keep records of client interactions, leads, and negotiations in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in client acquisition, business development, or relationship management (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
