Front Desk Receptionist

- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality of all data.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as laboratory, nursing, and accounts for smooth workflow.
- Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of receipts.
- Monitor the front desk area for cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and report preparation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic billing software.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in front office, customer service, or hospital reception (healthcare experience preferred).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local language.
