Receptionist/Telecaller

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-office operations and handle outbound/inbound customer interactions across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Reception Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries for multiple brands.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain reception area and ensure it reflects the professional image of all brands.
- Handle documentation, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
Tele calling Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, sales follow-ups, or customer feedback.
- Answer inbound calls and queries professionally, providing accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Promote multiple brands and cross-sell services where applicable.
Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Report daily/weekly activities and feedback to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele calling and/or front-office/reception roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi
- Friendly, professional, and presentable.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic administrative tools.
