Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
- Develop strong relationships with guests through exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure efficient office administration tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing) to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
- Need to close packages
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Hospitality Management).
- Strong skills in front desk management, guest relationship management, sales & marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
