Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Fairfield by Marriott's Vishakhapatnam location. Responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations, as well as maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing positive guest experiences
  • Experience handling Check-in and Check-out processes accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related certifications are a bonus
