
HR Manager Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager cum Assistant to handle core HR functions and support senior management in day-to-day operations. The role combines HR management with administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
Recruitment & Selection – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintaining employee records and HR database.
Drafting HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other documentation.
Payroll coordination, leave & attendance management.
Handling employee grievances and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Assistant / Administrative Support
Assisting senior management with scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Preparing reports, minutes of meetings, and maintaining confidential files.
Coordinating with different departments for a smooth workflow.
Handling office communications and vendor coordination as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or a Graduate with HR specialization.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in HR/Admin roles (manufacturing/chemical/pharma sector preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Salary:(as per experience & company norms).
