ob Purpose:

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination of HR activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle — from hiring to exit — and helps in developing core HR skills and understanding organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and status trackers.
  • Onboarding & Documentation
  • Support in preparing offer letters, joining forms, and induction materials.
  • Ensure all new hire documents are properly collected and filed.
  • Help with ID card creation, employee code allotment, and induction sessions.
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor biometric attendance and maintain employee attendance records.
  • Assist in verifying leave applications and updating HR sheets.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Support in organizing celebrations, events, and engagement activities.
  • Conduct surveys and collect feedback from employees.
  • HR Operations & Coordination
  • Update HR trackers, Google Sheets, and MIS reports daily.
  • Assist with HR-related emails, notices, and communication to employees.
  • Coordinate between departments for HR requirements.
  • Performance & Training Support
  • Help track employee performance and appraisal updates.
  • Assist in maintaining training attendance and feedback records.
  • Exit Formalities
  • Support in clearance procedures and document collection for exit employees.
  • Maintain updated resignation and final settlement records.
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain HR files (soft and hard copies).
  • Assist in vendor coordination for HR-related services (if applicable).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Time management and attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • Internship or academic experience in HR will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2, ₹4,000.00 per month
