Job Purpose:

To assist the fabrication team in cutting, welding, grinding, and assembling metal structures and components as per drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fabricators and welders in daily work.
  • Handle and prepare raw materials like sheets, pipes, and sections.
  • Support in cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting of components.
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Hold or position workpieces during welding and assembly.
  • Load and unload materials, and ensure proper storage.
  • Follow safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report any defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Support fabrication of structures such as frames, tanks, ducts, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

  • Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass
  • ITI (Welder / Fitter) preferred

Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years in fabrication / workshop / mechanical field

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and materials
  • Ability to assist in cutting, welding, and assembly
  • Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
  • Understanding of safety rules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
