Senior Chef de Partie

• Prepare and cook authentic dishes in Tandoor, Chinese, or Indian cuisine.
• Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food service.
• Execute recipes as per standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
• Prepare kebabs, breads, curries, gravies, and wok-based dishes.
• Handle mise en place efficiently before and during service hours.
• Maintain proper portioning and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs at all times.
• Store and handle raw materials and ingredients correctly.
• Support in menu planning, trials, and new dish development when required.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality under pressure.
• Collaborate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen operations.
• Open positions for Kitchen Helpers, Commis, and CDPs (based on experience).
• Hotel Management/Culinary qualification preferred but not mandatory.
