Key Responsibilities:
General Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the office/plant.
Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Accounts & Finance
Handle bookkeeping, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and reports.
Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Assistant / Administrative Support
Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Assist senior management in planning, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidential records and handle HR-related paperwork.
Manage procurement, inventory records, and petty cash as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with sound knowledge of Accounts; MBA in Finance/Operations preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in accounts & administration/operations (manufacturing or pharma sector preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and accounting/ERP software.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
