Quality Engineer

1. Responsible for Preparation of Inspection reports as per the daily dispatch & maintain the records for the same.

2. Responsible for Updating of control & process documents related to internal & external complaint, internal coherence of documents for audit Support to Inspection of the Lot as per the dispatch requirement.

3. Responsible for Daily Rejection Entries in the system. Take corrective actions from the concern Production team.

4. Responsible for QA Machines after preventive maintenance

5. Overall responsibility of Product Quality.

6. Responsible for Calibration calendar and reports - External Lab & In house Gauge Verification.

7. Responsible for Measuring System analysis (MSA) Plan & Record - Linearity Study, GR&R, Attribute Study, Bias Study.

8. Responsible for Quality department Skill Evaluation as per plan.

9. Responsible for PPAP documents related to Quality - MSA, Checking Aids and Inspection reports.

10. Participate in all QA meetings.

11. Fill up the work report at the end of the shift and handover the shift to the next reliever. Adjust the shift if someone is absent. Fill up the log book wherever required.

12. To Implement Kaizen and maintain the 5S and standardization.

13. To ensure the daily machine maintenance check sheet.

14. Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.

15. Assist to Quality Assurance Manager for audits, quality manual and procedures as per ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949, MACE Systems.

16. Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.

17. Control on Abnormal situation handling & 4 M change management with live documentation and objective evidence.

18. Suggest @ Technology Upgradation such as 4.0 - Auto MIS, Automatic Documentation, Report Generation, Online Production without Operator, Use of Robotics, latest technology etc

19. Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR, QMS Compliance as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & MACE Audit System. Responsible for Quality Policy and Quality Objective achievement and Continual improvements through KAIZENS, POKAYOKE etc.

Authorities:

1. Finalize the Inspection reports as per the daily dispatch& also to verify by authorized persons or equivalent person check/ verify signature is must.

2. Escalate to QA manager for any issues.

Designation : Inward Quality Engineer

Reports to: Quality Head/Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Inspection of the raw material arriving in the company. Complete GRN entries and Inward Quality Inspection records.

2. Inspection of the material having surface treatment at inward station.

3. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.

4. Write mail to suppliers for NC material receipt and take 8D Corrective action from suppliers.

5. To maintain limit & defect samples.

6. Responsible for updating and assuring document accuracy and control for Inward QA department.

7. To maintain adequate lux levels.

8. To Implement and maintain the 5S and standardization in inward inspection area.

9. To Audit the outsourced sources for ensuring the system compliance.

10. Update & maintain the documents and records as per ISO 9001:2015 & IATF16949.

11. Do supplier audits as per Supplier Audit plan and Assist to QA Manager for audits, quality manual and procedures as per ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 and MACE Systems.

12. Overall responsibility of Inward Product Quality.

1. To control the supplier quality. Communicate with supplier about NC material. Take corrective action from suppliers.

2. To conduct supplier audits. Take actions from Supplier on NC.

3. Final calls for Ok & not ok of the outsourced material at incoming stage.

4. Escalation to QA Managers for any issues during inward.

Reports to:Inward Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Inspection of the raw material arriving in the company.

3. Assist to Inward Quality Engineer for updating and maintaining the records.

4. Maintain the 5S in inward inspection area.
