Role Description

· Should have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Machine Shop of Pressure Vessels, Valve Engineering Company.

  • Part of day-to-day production planning as per the customer requirement.
  • Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.
  • Troubleshooting to achieve required parameters of production within quality norms
  • Experience in
    VMC
    &
    CNC
    Turning programming application & product development.
  • Scheduling material procurement plans and ensuring optimum inventory level.
  • Tracking day to day losses & doing analysis to reduce the loss and make action plan for OEE Increase.
  • Monitored uses of consumables & tooling to reduce cost of the product

Having Working knowledge of
TPM
.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Experience and knowledge in Production Planning to optimize workflows and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Machining and Milling processes
  • Understanding and implementation of Quality Control standards
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical diploma or relevant educational background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
